Headache Tea: Proven ways to relieve headache
We often suffer from headaches
due to our abnormal lifestyle and uncontrolled eating habits. And headaches
become a daily problem. Many people resort to medication for headaches. But a
cup of tea can relieve you from headaches. Here are two different ways of
preparing homemade tea that can relieve you from headache.
Cinnamon and Mint Leaf Tea:
Cinnamon contains some ingredients that relieve pain.
Mint leaves have disease-fighting properties and relax muscles.
Ingredients:
Cinnamon
Mint leaves
Ginger
Preparation:
Boil water with cinnamon and ginger for 10 minutes. Then wait for 3 minutes
with mint leaves.
Apple Cider and Yellow Tea:
If you add apple cider to tea, it helps to remove excess
mucus. Both turmeric and ginger have disease-fighting properties. Black pepper acts as a painkiller. When all
get together, they start working against headache.
Ingredients:
Apple cider vinegar
Ginger
Turmeric
Lemon juice
Black pepper
Preparation:
Boil water with ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, apple
cider vinegar and black pepper for 5 to 6 minutes. Your tea is ready.
Note:
These two ways of relieving headache or migraine are effective in many people.
But make sure that this happens to you rarely. If you have a headache problem
for a long time, you must take advice from the doctors.
